You may find someone on the internet that offers a free set up but remember you usually get what you pay for. We offer professional quality designs customized for your organization.
Orders are usually shipped within two days after we receive your approval of your ID card design.

Professional ID Cards
Photo ID Badge printing service can save you time and money.
If you have less than 1000 employees and a low employee turnover
rate, it is usually more cost effective to have an outside
company print your ID Cards and Badges as your own system can cost you a minimum of $3,500.
However, if you are interested in purchasing your own equipment
we will be happy to have a sales representative contact you.

Below pricing is for COLOR printing on front -
no printing on back.
Front printing is in full color which includes a clear protective overlay panel
to slow or reduce fading.

This fee must be paid prior to work beginning on your initial order.
Government purchase orders accepted.
After receiving payment for the design and layout we will design
your photo ID card or ID badge to your specifications and mail
it to you. You may then evaluate it and make any changes to the
layout style, color, etc. Revisions to the layout will be sent
to you via email until you are satisfied with the design.
* If you wish to purchase both a horizontal photo ID card and
a vertical photo ID badge for each employee at the same company
or agency with similar information on both layouts the second
layout will be designed at no charge if the ID cards and badges
are purchased at the same time.
Example 1 - Police Department - Vertical clip-on ID badge
purchased with horizontal ID card for the same employee there
is no charge for the second layout.
Example 2 - Police Department purchasing only horizontal ID cards
and Fire Department purchasing vertical ID badges. This will be
two layout charges.
The design and setup fee includes a personalized, customized,
professionally designed layout created to your specs. Your ID
photo ID cards and photo ID badges can include images of your
organization's logo, patch, badge, building or vehicle graphics,
authorizing person's signature, U.S. or state flag, state, county,
city, township or corporate seal, or almost any other graphics
requested.
After completing your card design we will send you an actual card
for you to evaluate. At that time you may decide to change the
layout colors, sizes, font type, photo size, etc. After you decide
on the changes you would like simply contact us and we will make
the appropriate changes and email the new layout design to you.
This is included in the design and setup fee. There is NO additional
charge for this service.
